Poetry: Rose Dust

Rose Dust

Life is not rose dust

It breaks your heart,

With a shutter of shock.

Everything is knocked.

Suffocating,

every corner

Suffocating.

The darkness engulfs us,

Gashes the soul with scars,

Capillary and seething.

It's lumping inside

when you're gnawing.

Heart's growing heavier,

than the Mariana trench.

Mixed with the rose dust,

dreams and the last clench.

The clench that seeks.
