Poetry: Humans at Bay

We're humans at bay, Brought to existence from clay. Each of us with different facets, Some deep in mud without a thud, Some raw as an ore within core, Some brilliant as diamonds, alighting around. It is up to us whether, To furnish, polish or dampen, The gem inside.

Poetry: Retribution

I shall have my retribution! Of this nameless attribution. You created a pollution With no solution. But you are in a delusion I shall have my retribution! For the pain in vain, For the shameless commotion. I shall have my retribution, And at last, the peace shall have a distribution. With my disdain.

Poetry: Nothing Matters but Me

Nothing Matters, but Me   You just turned it up, Churned it up, Cut it out. Baby, at the end Nothing matters, but me. You made me feel like, Obnoxious, Unconscious, Oh, so worthless. But baby, I’m still grateful, You taught that, Nothing matters, but me. Because, when I shut it out, Cut it out, Sweep it out, Everything below the threshold, I see nothing matters, but me. Now I’m scrumptious, Ferocious, Much more precious, than you can imagine, baby. So, in the end, nothing matters, but me.

Poetry: Flames' Lament to the Water

I dedicate this to my father... Flames’ Lament to the Water I’m standing on a wall, Watching your shore, infinite tall. Your waves again touch my foot, Even they have no reason to soothe. Once I was a luminous flame, You were the water, seemed the same. Many things deep in your name, I dove into the depths to find them. Long ago, we vowed to be together, That shall last forever! I became ash from an ember, While you flew away from my heart. Now the tears aligning in my eyes, Embroidering the lace of fate on my face. Even in my weeping, you are with me! Tell me, how can you be, Both in my soul and in my blood!

Poetry: Sonnet in Disguise

Sonnet in Disguise O' the queen of the heart of mine, Why wouldn't thou grace? Me with thine embrace. When the Nyx cloaks the sky, And Hypnos lands on my eye, Thine iridescent reverie arise, Bestowing, prickling my essence. I fly from hill to hill, To peck thine rosy nectar. But thou art in queues still, Making my endeavours ill. Speak, o' my mistress speak! What have doth I to be weak? All I ever did was revealing, Love's honeydew peak. There's nothing but a leak, Of my ardent affection, And thine squalls of rejection. I'll wait for thou in a silver tray, Constantly pray and pray.

Poetry: Nobody's Somebody

I’m nobody’s Somebody I'm nobody's Somebody, The deadlock in the yarn of society. I’m only a whisper, Among the zillions Yet, I try to roar, Hoping my voice shall soar. I’m Mare Serenitatis out, But the Jupiter’s red spot, Within- Churning, drifting, spinning, In the void of life. *** “You’re gyring things!” People would say. Indeed, I might, But can’t blame Moles which can’t dig a hole. I’m not an open book, By any means. How can flying pages, Be precise, anyways? I can’t help but wonder, Whether something exists -To cope, stop- The vicious whirl inside And the chaos outside. Then, the thoughts train Lead to the tunnel of rain. A tunnel goes to the Nobody's Somebody. *** I'm nobody's Somebody, -The daystar Before eclipse. Yet, most are unaware, Someone can brew wholly. With the embers of hope, The rays of the sun, The fire of the hearth. How can eyes of veil see?  The blinding splendour, Is able to revive.
